Do you know a new teenager about to celebrate their all important 13th Birthday soon? They will love getting this card from you for this special occasion. The dark black background makes all the colors of the card pop ou,t with fun and festivity, in the message "You're 13". The 1 is green, with turquoise polka dots and also acts as a candle, with a yellow flame atop it, that has waves of yellow transparent light radiating out, over the card's background. The 3 is turquoise, with diagonal green stripes and where the two numbers overlap, an interesting new pattern is created. Your inside wording to the new teenager is "Happy Birthday to a very special 13 year old!"
