What 17 year old, on their birthday this year, won't love this colorful birthday card, with its three brilliantly colored balloons clustered together, in the top left corner. Wavy blue stripes, white twinkles and colorful polka dots all decorate the birthday balloons, with the word "17th" filling the front one. Stripes cross the white card, in various widths, with two stripes giving you an area to type in the name of the new 17 year old for their special day. Hand lettered wording of "Celebrate" and "Happy Birthday" ride on some of the balloon strings below the balloons. The card's inside wording says "Wishing a very special 17 year old a Happy Seventeenth Birthday!"
