Delight each of the new 18 year olds you know, on their birthdays, with this brightly colored balloon card. The card's lovely balloons each display their own decorations of either wavy stripes, twinkles or polka dots, as they hoover together. Behind them, vividly colored stripes cross the width of the card, with two wide stripes provide an area for you to personalize the card, with the 18 year old's name. Two hand lettered phrases fill the bottom of the card, as they dangle on the curly balloon strings, with the wording "Celebrate" and "Happy Birthday". The card's inside wording says "Wishing a very special 18 year old a Happy Eighteenth Birthday!"
