"Great card, better service"

I am a forever customer. I bought an anniversary card for my wife in mid August for our September 1 anniversary thinking 3 weeks would be plenty of time. USPS, amidst its cuts, left the card floating between facilities for 10 days. I passed that info on to the company who offered to, free of charge, mail me one priority. I declined because the delay was no fault of the company, but what great service! The card arrived late and is wonderful. Luckily, I have a great wife who was super understanding. I’ll be buying more cards because of not just the quality of product, but the service too. Kudos to you all.
