This card depicts a beautifully drawn biplane light bomber that saw service with the allied forces during the last few years of WW1. This aircraft was both a stable bombing platform and reliable, these desirable attributes resulted in it remaining in military service until the mid 1930's. After WW1 surplus aircraft were used for many purposes including light cargo and passenger transport.
