"Happy Birthday" is written at the top of this brilliantly fun birthday card for your Great Great Nephew, who is also your Great Grandnephew. The words "Great Great Nephew" flow across the striped and polka dotted rectangular birthday cake, at the center of the card. A tall, pointed and striped birthday party hat angles away from the cake, with dots and stripes that match those on the cake.
