Celebrate the birthday of someone special at the office or a special friend or family member with this floral decorated birthday cake card. Tall patterned candles angle out of the top of the bouquet of flowers that fill the frosting top of the white rectangular cake, each with polka dots, flower patterns or twinkle designs. White sparkles top each candle and twinkle with birthday happiness. Elegant and uniquely crafted black hand lettering presents the wording of the card along the side of the cake which says "Happy Birthday". The inside wording of the card says "It's your special day! Enjoy!"
