This card is a birthday card for a nutritionist with a healthy birthday cupcake on the front. The cupcake has layers of healthy round red tomatoes on some of the layers and sweet green peas in a pod, along the bottom layer. Topping the cupcake is a pointed orange carrot, that serves as a candle, with a flame atop it. Hand lettered, in green, at the very top of the card, is the wording "Happy Birthday". There is additional wording, below the nutritious cupcake, that says "To an Outstanding Nutritionist!" The inside wording of the card says "Wishing you a healthy and happy birthday!"
