"Happy Birthday Libra" is the wording, hand lettered in white, at the base of this fun-to-give birthday card for a friend, neighbor or family member who was born in the sign of Libra. The sign for Libra is the scales and the image on this card is a highly ornamented and decorated scale with bright colors of lavender, teal, gold and pink. The hand lettered symbol for Libra is placed above the scales, with a blue background, all around, that is patterned with white scrollwork and bright yellow stars. The card's inside wording says "It's written in the stars that you're going to have a very happy birthday!"
