It's always difficult to find a fun birthday card for someone you work with, but this balloon-filled card will be a great way to say Happy Birthday to each of your co-workers on their birthdays this year. A cluster of humongous, inflated bright colored polka dot balloons are gathered together and tied to the top of the letter "B" in the hand lettered wording that crosses the bottom of the card, with the words "Happy Birthday - Co-Worker". Round dots of confetti add a festive feel to your card, in the same bright colors of orange, blue, teal and yellow, as the big polka dots on each balloon. The card's inside wording says "Hope your birthday is filled with happy surprises!"
