Whether the outstanding Police Officer, who you want to say Happy Birthday to, is a friend, family member or part of the Law Enforcement Group and Public Safety Group you work with, this card is a wonderful way to acknowledge their special day. A large five pointed double star of white and deep blue, with round silver circles at the tip of each point, fills a white square in the top left side of the card with imagery that replicates the stars worn by Police Officers. This image is offset by the silver and white hand lettered message of "Birthday wishes to an Outstanding Police Officer" on the blue card's right side. The inside wording of the card is "Have a very Happy Birthday."
