This festive congratulations card is the perfect way to congratulate an employee at your business or organization or someone special in your personal life who has just received a promotion. Joyous round balloons of blue, lavender, orange, green and yellow brighten the card with celebration. The largest balloon has black hand lettered wording on it of "Cheers". Wording on the smaller green balloon adds "To you". Across the bottom of the card additional wording says "On your promotion." Bright round confetti and strands of colorful crepe paper add color and happiness to the card for the accomplishment of the recipient.
