Artist Notes:	Chinese dragons are symbols of luck, success, and power. Red is the color of happiness. I've mixed elements of Chinese culture into my paper collage style to create my Asian American lunar new year card. To create this illustration, the dragon and swirls were cut from paper, then scanned and imposed on a digitally created background.
