"Congratulations on becoming the Chief Resident of Oncology" is the white, partially hand lettered message on this special card, intended to congratulate someone who has just been named to this prestigious position. The wording elegantly fills the right and lower sides of this rich blue card, with the medical image of a square white pocket, on a large white square filling the top, left corner. An undulating stethoscope hangs from the corner of the pocket, the universal medical instrument of practicing Doctors. The inside wording of the card is "Congratulations and best wishes for continued success in your career."
