This fun hand lettered birthday card from a realtor to their clients is a cheerfully fun way to greet them on their birthdays and to keep in touch with them, throughout the year. The card's trio of round balloons are each filled with colorful patterns, with the center one having a delightful little brown house inside. The strings of the balloons dangle downward, intersecting with the hand lettered wording of "Happy Birthday" and "Celebrate". "From your realtor" crosses the card, below the balloons. The inside wording of this joyful card says "Thinking of you on your special day. Hoping your coming year will be filled with happiness!" The inside wording of the card can be edited, if you wish and you can upload a photo or logo to the inside, as you order your cards.
