This card is a fun and colorful way to either say Congratulations to a friend or family member or for a business to tell an employee Congratulations for something special they have accomplished. The card gathers a festive group of colorful, striped, polka dot and patterned balloons that together say Congratulations. Dots of colorful confetti surround the balloons, adding to the festivity of the card. Below the straight-stringed balloons, is a thick lavender bar that contains the hand lettered message "Congratulations". The inside of this card is blank for your own personal message there to fit your situation.
