Where would we be without the exceptional volunteers that help out in so many ways? This card is meant to say "Thank You" to these very special people that are as special as a "blue moon". Thank a wonderful volunteer with this striking image of a "blue moon". A deep blue night sky, a cluster of stars, and a blue full moon highlight the message that reads "Just once in a blue moon does an exceptional volunteer like you come along!" A blue moon is the second full moon to appear in a single calendar month, and "Once in a Blue Moon" is a common way of describing an event that does not happen often. A month with two full moons only happens once every two-and-a-half years. A special event for sure, and a great way to remind a volunteer of how very much they are appreciated.
