Ciao (pronounced Chow) is one of 135 cats rescued from a cat hoarding in Hondo Valley, NM. Many of the cats suffered malnutrition so bad they were nearly dead at the point of intervention by the Sherriff's dept. Apparently there were many still born kittens and cats burried by the owner.
