This bright teal baby congratulations card for the new mother of a baby boy or a baby girl, is bright teal with a wide white border framing the yellow stroller, at its center, that is dotted with white hearts. The carriage has large white spoke wheels, with pink hearts. Whether the mother is having or has had a baby boy or a baby girl, this card will congratulate her with its non-gender specific baby carriage that has a brown teddy bear dangling down the side. Over the top of the baby stroller, white hand lettered wording says "A Baby!" in white. The inside wording of the card says "Congratulations on becoming a new mom!"
