Say Congratulations to someone special, for something special they have accomplished, with this colorful card of blue, yellow, green and melon. The word "Congratulations" is handlettered in delightful letters, that alternate these colors and is surrounded by confetti of the same colors. The card has a triple border, an interior of dark navy, the first border of bright yellow, the next of blue and the last of solid white, in ever enlarging rectangles. The colorful borders, confetti and lettering all add to the festiveness and colorfulness of this fun card. The inside is blank for your own personal message.
