Hand lettered on the second and bottom layer of this birthday cake for a special boy you know, whether family, friend or neighbor, are the the words "Happy" and "Birthday", in capital black lettering. The cake's four layers are colored orange, pink, blue and green. Round balloons, on curly strings, are the same colors and rise up on both sides of the cake, two on each side. The long and thin rectangular layers of the cake and the balloons are all decorated with wavy lines or straight lines, with diamond shapes on top of them. Additional wording, at the very bottom of the card, below the blue plate that holds the cake, says "To a Very Special Boy". The inside wording of the card says "Hoping all your birthday wishes come true, on your birthday and all year through!"
