Your neighbor, who will soon be 40 years old, will love this colorful deep aqua card from you for their birthday. The birthday card's focus is a huge cupcake, decorated with a bouquet of flowers on its yummy pink frosting, at the center of the card, with the white number 40 written along its side. The cupcake sits underneath a hillside trio of cottages, that arch over the top of the cupcake's shape, indicating the neighborhood that you and the birthday celebrant share. The deep color of the background makes the colorful and festive stars, around the edge pop out like confetti, with excitement for the birthday celebration. Also popping out is the white hand lettered wording that says "Happy Birthday", below the cupcake. The card's inside wording says "Wishing my special neighbor a very happy 40th birthday!"
