It's your neighbor's birthday, one who is very special to you and you want a special card to say Happy Birthday with. This lovely card, with its layered cake, that is stacked high, in two layers, covered in white frosting and drizzled in pink with sprinkles, has blazing patterned candles sitting across the cake's top. The white hand lettered wording, below the pedestalled cake on its lovely blue, cake stand, with lacy edging, says "Happy Birthday to a very special Neighbor". The heart of the card, is the inside message of "Wishing someone very special to me, a wonderfully happy day".
