18th birthday wishes in German for your granddaughter. The design features two large hearts, one is deep pink, the other a golden colour edged with pink. The message is "Für unsere wunderbare Enkelin" (translation: "For our wonderful Granddaughter") in black script and with wunderbare in deep pink for emphasis. This is written on the golden-coloured heart, and on the pink heart there is a large black number 18. The background of the card is white with a scattering of pale pink number 18s, and on the left-hand side is a deep pink stripe, like a ribbon, decorated with stylized pale pink flower shapes. Inside, the greeting is customizable to suit, and reads "Alles Liebe und Gute zum 18. Geburtstag" (translation: "With love and good wishes on your 18th birthday").
