A cute Get Well Soon greeting card for your granddaughter, with a traditional Scandinavian gnome, or tomte, carrying three balloons with the words, GET, WELL, SOON on them and a colourful bunch of flowers, in colours to match the gnomes clothes and the balloons, blue, pink and orange. The words, 'dear Granddaughter' are in matching blue. The gnome has a very tall, striped hat with a fluffy bobble on the end of it, to match the bobbles on its dark blue shoes. He has a big white beard, almost down to his feet and polka dot clothes. The white background is lightly textured and the inside message is just a suggestion that you can easily change or delete if you wish.
