| Artist Notes: | The recipient of two heart surgeries myself, I enjoyed the cards and well wishes that came from friends. I needed a great deal of rest during the first open heart surgery to repair a diseased mitral valve, and equally as much rest to recover from receiving an artificial mitral valve during my second open heart surgery when it was discovered that the first surgery had failed. |
