This is a unique card for anyone having cardiac surgery. It’s simple, but very nicely done. This card is for a coworker who found out she had to have heart surgery prior to kidney transplant. One step at a time.

The recipient received the card on the day after her heart surgery, and thought the design was so "fitting" that she wants to frame the front of the card! How perfect for me to be able to send cards quickly and easily to friends (in the U.S.) located several thousand miles away from me (in Germany)! Thanks once again....
