Sooner or later even diehard runners hit the wall and are forced to admit the truths that already occupy their hearts. Here we have Bob, a 60-something runner, stopping along a mountain trail to check his watch. In his bright red quarter zip, long sleeve running shirt and black leggings Bob looks fit, if not a bit wider than he did twenty years ago. His large black frame eyeglasses weigh heavily on his nose and apparently aren’t strong enough to keep him from squinting to read the watch dial.
