A chic 16th birthday card for your granddaughter, with 'Sweet Sixteen' in bold letters, filled with deep pink and white polka dot and check gingham patterns. There is matching bunting in the top right hand corner and strings of hearts and stars at the left hand side. There is a large, deep pink heart on the bottom right side of the lettering with 'TODAY' in white lettering, with a star and a small heart hanging from it. The whole front cover greeting is, 'To our Granddaughter, Sweet Sixteen today, Happy Birthday!'. The inside message is easy to personalize or delete if you wish.
