Artist Notes:
|
Groundhog Day card featuring a wonderfully serious groundhog acting as a miniature weather forecaster outside its burrow. Holding a clipboard and pencil, the attentive groundhog is surrounded by weather instruments including a thermometer, rain gauge, rooster weather vane and bright red and white windsock. Patches of melting snow and purple crocuses hint at approaching spring beneath a brilliant blue sky.
