A secret pal needs a laugh on Mardi Gras. My happy grey squirrel is wearing a gold crown, a purple mask, and beads. The background is in orange and purple. The headline is in a colorful abstract pattern, with the secondary headline in black. There's the traditional King Cake on a white platter with beads, candy, and stars at the bottom. The King Cake is representing the Christian belief in the 3 Biblical Kings searching for Jesus. Inside the cake is a trinket that varies from bakery to bakery, but is usually a small plastic baby, representing the baby Jesus. The one to find this trinket has good luck or has to purchase the next King Cake for the celebration. You may change the inside message, if you wish. ©Gail Pepin
