This card is for use as a New Year's greeting. The illustration is a play of hands on the old 1960's peace symbol and is meant to show the stages of the peace process. The symbol itself actually dates back to the Allied victory after WWII and was commonly used again at anti-war protests during the Vietnam era. I've used it for this card because it has become an easily recognizable icon of American culture.
