This colorful, modern design features apples and honey, the well-known Rosh Hashanah symbol for sweetness. The Rosh Hashannah tradition of eating honey on apples signifies hope for a sweet year. This image shows four apples, in a Warholesque design featuring bright, eye-popping colors. The first red apple is shown completely. The next one is shown with honey drizzled on top of it. More honey is dripping over the next apple, which is half-covered in honey. Finally, the fourth and final apple is completely covered with honey, a symbol of a completely sweet year. The words "Shanah Tovah" in drizzled honey-style reinforce the message that the recipient should receive increasing sweetness throughout the new year.
