Design by Laurie Schneider, elements by Scrappin Doodles. Wish anyone in general Happy Chinese New Year 2036 with a custom year of the dragon with a colorful, festive card. A cute, paper float dragon prancing by like he is in a parade with a Chinese lantern hanging overhead next to the symbol for Happy Chinese New Year. The background is decorated with fancy Chinese theme design in red and yellow. Fun facts:The Chinese New Year is one of the most important holidays in China and is celebrated with great pomp and joy by Chinese people across the world. The day is marked based on the lunar calendar and hence the date for the Chinese New Year is not fixed. It usually falls between January 21 and February 20.
