This anti-Christmas card shows a snowman who's traded his traditional winter wonderland for the harsh reality of retail work. He's standing in front of a mall entrance wearing a blue employee vest with a name tag, complete with his black top hat - the only remnant of his former jolly snowman identity. His expression is one of resigned misery, with a flat, unenthusiastic look that says he's given up on holiday magic and accepted his fate as a wage slave. The juxtaposition is perfect - instead of being in a snowy field bringing joy to children, this snowman is trapped in the fluorescent-lit purgatory of mall employment during what's probably the most stressful shopping season of the year. His stick arms hang limply at his sides in a posture that screams "I hate my life but I need this job." The text "I JUST WORK HERE." in green letters captures that universal retail worker sentiment - "don't blame me for this mess."
