Wish anyone, in general, who is away at college a Happy Valentine's Day from the dog with a card featuring pretty red, white, pink hearts and arrows against a solid background with red, fancy text and a cute dog with his paws on a zigzag design. FYI: Dogs have a sense of time. It's been proven that they know the difference between an hour and five. If conditioned, they can predict future events, such as regular walk times. The United States has the highest pet dog population in the world. Original design by Laurie Schneider, elements by Diana'z Designz, J. Rett Graphics, Digital Designs by Elena
