When you love someone who deploys with the military, you love and miss them all the time - not just the times when the nation is waving the American flag. Afterall, every base takes the flag down at sunset and we miss our loved ones still. It is the everyday things of life, like seasons changing, their favorite movie coming on TV or a favorite food, that makes us somehow miss them more, isn't it?
