"Card is Great, USPS Not So Great"

My card came out just the way I hoped. I've used Greeting Card Universe many times and their cards have always pleased me. The Postal Service unfortunately misrouted my delivery and it bounced back and forth between two facilities, but that is NOT the fault of this vendor. By the time my package arrived, it was slightly damaged and the card inside was a little bent as well, but I was able to gently fold it back across the bend and it's good enough to send without my recipient noticing anything. I know that if my card was damaged badly, Greeting Card Universe would have no problem issuing a replacement ASAP. I will certainly use them again.
