Your Sibling's Daughter has reached her 21st Birthday - how can that have happened so quickly? Your Niece is turning 21, one of the most special birthdays we all remember. Brighten this special day for her with this fun "Cheers" card to celebrate her birthday. A tall, thin white glass has the hand lettered word "Cheers", in orange, crossing the center of the glass's height, while bubbles, confetti and streamers decorate the top of the glass with colors of teal, yellow, orange and blue.
