Wish someone special who has survived a heart transplant a Happy Anniversary with a custom any year specific card featuring a happy, cute, smiling heart wearing cute eyeglasses and burgundy, blue and white sneakers against a soft gradient background with white fireworks. The front has a text box for the year needed. The number of heart transplant procedures reached 3500 cases per year. Almost 50 percent of them are conducted in United States.
