The classic Appletini (1 drink):
2 oz (60 ml) vodka
1 oz (30 ml) sour apple liqueur
˝ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
Optional sweetener: 1/4 oz (7 ml) simple syrup
Shake all with ice 10 - 15 seconds,
strain into a chilled martini/coupe glass.
Garnish: thin green-apple slice or a lemon twist.
