This fun card congratulates the family or person who has served as foster care for an animal from an animal shelter and have then decided to permanently adopt the animal. This is called "Foster Fail", which is a winning situation for all involved. The family or person now has an animal they have lived with and know will continue to enhance their lives and the animal now has a permanent loving home. This hand lettered card says, in white, on the large pink heart, "Congratulations! Foster Fail to Adoption! What a Lucky Pet!" Both a cat and a dog are shown in a shelter box on the card, with soft white cloudy pawprints at the top left of the card.
