*In the ER, patient's prostate was examined, x-rated and sent home.
*Rectal examination revealed a normal-size thyroid
*Male patient with enlarged prostate has two teenage children, but no other abnormalities
*On the second day the prostate was better, and on the third day it disappeared
*Discharge status: Patient alive, but without my permission
*Healthy appearing, decrepit 69-year-old male with prostate enlargement, mentally alert but forgetful
Not in any of the charts, but still funny: What's the difference between beer nuts and deer nuts? Beer nuts are $1.50, and deer nuts are under a buck.
