Ordered this card for my Grandson who recently started college out of state. The card was exactly like I ordered it, however, the post office bent it in half and the envelope it came in looked like it had been through the war. When I called Customer Service to see if I could get a discount on an exact replacement they said they would send it for free! Not their problem it was ruined but they really stepped up to the plate! That's why I order so many cards from them!
