It seems like just yesterday I gave birth to you and saw you smile for the first time. The first day you said "Mommy", The first day you walked, When your first tooth came in. We played dress up, made cookies, and went to the park and zoo knowing soon you'd be off with your own friends. Then you began school and it was so hard to let you go, I stayed in the car for hours wanting to come get you, but knew I had to let you go. Before I knew it sweet sixteen arrived as well as did the arguments. Next it was off to college and discovering your own path in life. Now today you're a beautiful bride, And soon you will be starting your own family, At which time I get to spoil your children as grandma, and get to say "I told you so" a lot. So remember I'm only a phone call away and home always has room for you. As does my heart. I love you always. Mom
