"Happy Birthday - to my Dear Sister" is white hand lettered wording, at the bottom of this fun birthday card. Above, three wrapped gifts, all in odd shapes, are wrapped up with thick and colorful bows, one orange, one turquoise and one dark teal. Each has a straight string balloon rising from the top of it, and each balloon is covered with colorful polka dots and flowers in brilliant colors that duplicate the giftwrap around the gifts below. Small round confetti brightens the borders of the card. The inside wording of the card says "Wishing you laughter, joy and bright, happy memories on your birthday, with love!"
