18th birthday wishes in Spanish for a male friend. The design features two large hearts, one is royal blue, the other a golden colour edged with blue. The message is "Para un amigo muy especial" (translation: "For a very special friend"). This is written on the golden-coloured heart, and on the blue heart there is a large black number 18. The background of the card is white with a scattering of pale blue number 18s, and on the left-hand side is a deep blue stripe, like a ribbon, decorated with golden coloured star shapes. Inside, the greeting is customizable to suit, and reads "¡Feliz cumpleaños! Que todos tus sueños se hagan realidad" (translation: "Happy birthday! May all your dreams come true").
