I chose this card online for a co-worker who recently lost a family member. It was great being able to purchase this card online, customize it with my own message and font, and have it sent directly to my co-worker's home address. Not only is every type of sympathy card covered but that's true with all their cards. Although this isn't a pet sympathy card, cards for pet owners seem to be in short supply in stores. What a treasure trove of pet cards with Universal! I have a fair stock of pet, regular sympathy, and birthday cards for my future use.
