This card was nicely done and all of the printing was perfect. Unfortunately, there was a crinkle on the face of the card. This is the first time I've had that happen, but since this card is a sympathy card on the death of my best friend, I really wanted it to be perfect

Liked the inside text - it struck just the right tone. And personalizing allowed me to change "We were saddened" to "I was saddened".
