Your Wife will love this beautiful flower-filled card from you for her birthday this year. A bouquet of layered pink, blue and light pink flowers stack up on top of a white birthday cake to enhance your birthday wishes for her. Excellent hand lettered wording, along the side of the cake, says "Happy Birthday to my Wife". Above the words, several pink, blue and white candles decorate the cake with their own decorations of flowers, twinkles and polka dots. Their flames are white twinkles that sparkle above the cake. Tiny round confetti fills the air all around the decorated cake, with additional twinkles popping out. The card's inside wording says "I wish you a bright and happy birthday that sparkles with love!"
